☕ How to Prepare the Perfect Aeropress

  1. Bring water to 93°C.
  2. Grind 13g of coffee to a **medium** grind size.
  3. Insert a filter paper into the detachable plastic cap and wet them both with hot water.
  4. Assemble the Aeropress and place it over a scale with the flared end up.
  5. Add the ground coffee, level it slightly, then add 30ml of water. Stir with a paddle and let it sit for 30 seconds.
  6. Pour the rest of the water in, stir again, and let a minute pass.
  7. Fasten the cup, flip the entire assembly, and place it over a jar. Apply downward pressure.
  8. Keep pressing until you hear a hissing sound. By this point, your coffee is fully brewed!
