☕ How to Prepare the Perfect Bialetti Brew

  1. Grind 20g of coffee coarser than espresso but finer than pour-over.
  2. Fill the bottom chamber with boiling water (approx. 350ml).
  3. Fill the funnel with coffee and level it without tamping.
  4. Screw the Bialetti top tightly.
  5. Place on medium heat and wait until the water boils and coffee starts flowing.
  6. Reduce heat, open the lid slightly, and let it brew.
  7. Once the flow slows down, close the lid and remove it from heat.
