☕ Chemex Brewing Guide

- 🔥 Coffee: 26g (for 2 cups)
- ⏳ Brewing Time: 3-4 minutes
- 🌡️ Temperature: 93°C
- 💧 Water: 400ml
- ⚙️ Grind Size: Medium Coarse
☕ How to Prepare the Perfect Chemex
- Bring water to 93°C.
- In the meantime, grind 30g of coffee to a **medium coarse** grind size.
- Fold the Chemex filter, ensuring the triple fold portion is facing the spout.
- Fully wet the filter with hot water, then discard the water through the spout.
- Pour the ground coffee into the filter and gently shake to flatten the bed.
- Gently pour approximately 50ml of water over the coffee and let it bloom for 30-40 seconds.
- Pour an additional 200ml of water in a circular pattern, starting at the center and moving toward the edges (avoid pouring down the sides of the filter). Let it drip for a while.
- Repeat the previous step with the remaining 150ml of water.
- Let the water completely drip through the coffee. Remove the filter and serve.
