- ⏳ Brewing Time: 3-4 minutes
- 🌡️ Temperature: 93°C
- 💧 Water: 400ml
- ⚙️ Grind Size: Medium
☕ How to Prepare the Perfect Hario V60
- Bring water to 93°C.
- Grind 26g of coffee to a **medium** grind size.
- Use a Hario #2 filter paper. Fold the edges of the filter in the opposite direction of the initial fold to ensure a proper fit.
- Place the filter in the V60 and rinse it with hot water, discarding the rinse water.
- Place the V60 on top of a jar, and set it on a scale.
- Add the ground coffee to the filter and level it.
- Pour around 50ml of hot water over the coffee and let it bloom for 30-40 seconds.
- Pour an additional 200ml of water in a circular pattern, starting from the center and moving toward the edge (avoid pouring down the sides of the filter). Let it drip for a while.
- Repeat the last step with the remaining 150ml of water.
- Let the water completely drip through the coffee. Remove the filter and serve.
