Enchanted comes from La Reserva Natural el Encanto in Palestina, Huila — a 300-species bird sanctuary farmed organically for more than 15 years, with fewer than 1,000 Pink Bourbon plants in production. Washed and grown at 1,450 MASL, it pours holly, creamy chocolate, and warm spice, with a citrusy brightness underneath. Q-graded 86, this is a true hidden-gem microlot — and stock is nearly gone. Espresso brings out the chocolate; drip opens up the spice. Once this harvest sells out, it won't return.
