Heritage: Grown by Liseth Belalcazar, third generation of Finca Isabel — founded by her great-grandparents Isabel and Gerardo, who grew corn, sugar cane, and coffee and raised cattle; the farm later sat mostly as pastureland until Liseth restarted coffee growing two years ago, now with roughly 5,000 plants and 1,800 more added this year. She's a grower and cupper (catadora) currently studying agronomy, and pushed past being told a young woman couldn't succeed in coffee.

Resolve carries the story of Finca Isabel in Samaniego, Nariño — a farm that once grew corn, sugar cane, and coffee under Liseth Belalcazar's great-grandparents, then sat as pastureland for a generation. Two years ago, Liseth, now the farm's third generation, decided to bring coffee back on her own terms — growing from a handful of plants to roughly 5,000 today, with 1,800 more planted this year. A grower and cupper studying agronomy, she pushed past being told coffee wasn't work for a young woman. Washed Castillo & Arará, grown at 1,900 MASL, Resolve pours bright citrus, panela sweetness, and floral notes, with a high citric acidity and medium body. Q-graded 85. Best as espresso or drip.
