Sundown comes from Andrés's family farm in Salamina, Caldas — three generations deep, and the reason he became a coffee grower at all. That frustration sent him to a SENA scholarship and an agronomy degree, and into a career now recognized across more than ten export markets. Sundown is his sugar-cane-process decaf: Caturra, fermented 64 hours and sun-dried 48, grown at 1,775 MASL. Caramel, milk chocolate, orange, and molasses — full flavor, zero caffeine. Q-graded 87.25.
