Heritage: Grown by Andrés — third generation on his grandparents' farm; started as a teenager riding weekends from Armenia to learn it, earned a SENA scholarship and an agronomy degree after seeing his coffee undervalued mixed in with lower grades, now exports to 10+ countries

Award/Certification: twice silver medal en el golden bean 2025 and 2024 as well as barista competition in Argentina.

Sundown comes from Andrés's family farm in Salamina, Caldas — three generations deep, and the reason he became a coffee grower at all. He started as a teenager, riding weekends from Armenia to his grandparents' farm, and noticed his own coffee getting lost among lower-grade lots at sale. That frustration sent him to a SENA scholarship and an agronomy degree, and into a career now recognized across more than ten export markets. Sundown is his sugar-cane-process decaf: Caturra, fermented 64 hours and sun-dried 48, grown at 1,775 MASL. Caramel, milk chocolate, orange, and molasses — full flavor, zero caffeine. Q-graded 87.25. Best brewed as drip or filter.
